YACADEMY 2019
– Since 24th September 2019, at the YACademy of Bologna, architect Giovanni Franceschelli teaches classes on “Restaurants and Front End-experiential planning: the restaurant lived by the customer”. This is part of the advanced training course “Architecture for food – taste inside the planning: an educational path of excellence created to train designers that are sensitive to the several technical instances essential to the food manufacturing and also to the different formal needs to draw the correct space for the specific enogastronomic experience.
