With great enthusiasm, we participated in the Hospitality Design Conference 2026, organized by Teamwork Hospitality — now an essential event for the hospitality and design world.
Our CEO, Giovanni Franceschelli, had the pleasure of joining as moderator in the talk “Emotional detail: crafting human-centric hospitality”, in conversation with Katrine Goldstein, Managing Director & Partner at Norm Architects.
It was a rich and inspiring exchange, exploring how Norm Architects interprets and translates the principle of Human-Nature into its projects: a continuous pursuit of balance between human beings and nature, expressed through the careful selection of materials, colors, and geometries that go beyond the purely urban and social dimension, while always maintaining a thoughtful dialogue with the context.
At the heart of the discussion was also the theme of Design Flexibility, understood as a fundamental quality of contemporary spaces: environments capable of adapting over time, evolving with human behaviour, and responding openly to the tastes and aesthetic sensibilities of future generations.
