– Starting Sept. 24, 2019, at YACademy in Bologna, architect Giovanni Franceschelli will hold classes on “RESTAURANTS AND FRONT END – Experiential Design: the restaurant experienced by the consumer.” The teaching is part of the advanced training course “Architecture for Food – Flavor at the Center of Design”: a course of excellence designed to prepare designers who are sensitive both to the many instances of a technical nature essential to the processing of food and to the different needs of a formal nature to design the right space for the specific food and wine experience.
