CX Belfiore fits into a vibrant and dynamic urban context.
The facility, which houses student housing and hotel, also opens to the San Salvario neighborhood through parallel F&B activities and work spaces.

The ground floor is a single open space where different functions find space: welcoming spaces, F&B lounge and Work.

Students, young professionals who live in the facility on a daily basis, as well as casual travelers or residents of the neighborhood find areas designated for Informal Work in CX’s common spaces.

Specifically on the ground floor, an entire wing of the building, directly connected to the reception area and restaurant, is dedicated to smart working.
The space is set up according to different levels of privacy : Social table and break lounge area with adjoining gaming area for an informal meeting, a gleaming sheet metal nook set up with a soft bench for a B2B meeting, and a 10-person glassed-in meeting room for a more formal meeting.

The available spaces do not end on the ground floor but find a natural continuity in the basement where guests can enjoy an auditorium for indoor use or rentable for outdoor events, a break studio room, and a cinema lounge area that can also be used for screenings and informal events.
