CX NOM opens its doors in the outskirts of Milan, in an area undergoing full urban transformation and surrounded by a very green environment.

The campus evokes the atmosphere of an international campus, where the private spaces of the rooms blend seamlessly with communal areas. These common areas, spread across different buildings, give each block a unique function and are connected by pathways through green spaces, perfect for social events and outdoor sports.

With 800 rooms and 960 beds, the campus is a true microcosm offering a wide range of services to its guests. From more traditional spaces like the welcome area, meeting rooms, and study rooms, to the restaurant and the CX Market, an in-house mini-market. There’s also the vibrant Twitter Room, a flexible, multi-functional space ideal for both private and collective events, complete with a stage that can even transform it into a nightclub!

The CX NOM concept is inspired by the “new essential,” a return to simplicity and the linearity of elements, enhanced by a bold mix of colors. Because standing out and attracting attention is key!
