The destinations that have attracted investments and new development opportunities have been those capable of transforming their cultural, landscape and local identity into a contemporary and distinctive experience. This reflection was at the heart of the second stage of Vette e Onde Experience 2026, which took place on 25 and 26 June on Lake Maggiore.
At a time when the hospitality sector has been called upon to respond to new needs and evolving models of experience, Lake Maggiore represented a privileged observatory to reflect on the ongoing transformations. Alongside destinations that have consolidated a strong international reputation in recent years, growing attention has been focused on territories capable of standing out for their authenticity, landscape quality and ability to create experiences increasingly integrated with their cultural and environmental context. Within this scenario, the Lake Maggiore stage represented an important opportunity for discussion among some of the sector’s leading players, who explored opportunities, challenges and future perspectives.
The heart of the event took place on 26 June, in the remarkable setting of Castello Dal Pozzo in Oleggio Castello, with a programme featuring two thematic panels and a special speech dedicated to international design and planning.
