The building, formerly an INPS office, now stands as a prime example of hybrid-hospitality. The campus project blends long-stay accommodations for students and young professionals with short-stay options ranging from hostel rooms to sea-view suites, all complemented by a variety of common spaces and coworking areas in true CX style.

CX Naples | Centrale offers a total of 249 student rooms, available in different housing types (studio and coliving), along with 75 hotel rooms and 11 hostel rooms.

The common areas, a vibrant mix of textures, materials, contrasts, and bold colors, include workspaces, meeting rooms, and lounge areas on the ground floor.

The basement level features a communal kitchen, study areas, a gym, a party zone, and a hostel kitchen for hostel guests and private events, making the CX experience truly unique.
