The CX Milan NoM project goes beyond the traditional residential campus concept: here, communal spaces become true hubs of experience and social interaction for a young, vibrant community.
The interior design plays with bold colors and distinctive shapes, where contrasting hues guide visual pathways through both shared areas and private rooms. Surfaces come alive with tribal-inspired patterns that introduce rhythm and identity, alternating with clean, precise geometries to create a sense of order and spatial organization. Neon lettering in bold fonts illuminates social zones, adding energy and playfulness. Altogether, these details create a dynamic, unmistakably pop aesthetic that reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with a youthful audience.
Communal areas are designed as flexible, hybrid spaces that can adapt to a variety of uses—from individual study to collective socializing. The recurring presence of rounded forms fosters a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, naturally encouraging people to linger and connect. Playful elements such as foosball tables and casual lounge zones promote spontaneous leisure, while modular layouts—enhanced by sound-absorbing curtains—allow certain areas to be transformed into more private corners.
This interplay between clean lines, bold patterns, and soft curves defines a visually rich yet balanced language, offering a contemporary vision of collective spaces. The result? A lively, social environment where study meets life, and design becomes contagious.
Beyond shared space—designed for connection, built for life!
