Within the new structures of The Social Hub, between the spaces for common activities that add to those related to hospitality, the most important is definitely dedicated to the world of work. The ideal space for creatives, startuppers and young “revolutionaries” is called Collab: a creative hub dedicated to coworking, where you can breathe an international atmosphere and be infected by the highly innovative spirit.

Florence’s Collab is in the historic Palazzo del Sonno, a crystal aquarium set in a strategic area of the city that has an area of about 700 square meters divided into three areas: the Flex space where a location can be rented even for a day, the Dedicated Desks space where the location rental can be extended up to a maximum of three months, and finally the eight closed offices where the monthly rental includes other services such as the gym, swimming pool, and discounts on TSH’s in-house catering.

The Collab has spaces for informal meetings, has its own kitchen, and more private areas to make a phone call or video conference. The space was custom-made: every detail, material, and finish was designed to create a unique and authentic place, open to uses even other than “traditional” work (from concert, to conference, to fashion show).

A space for mobile entrepreneurs, for enterprising minds and travelers who, during a work lunch or a game of table tennis, have the opportunity to meet different people from all over the world, becoming part of the fully connected community of TSH.
