The Social Hub | Rome

Visionary and innovative in its revolutionary approach to hybrid hospitality, The Social Hub (TSH) has officially arrived in Rome—and it does so in grand style.
Located in the heart of San Lorenzo, TSH Roma unfolds as a city within the city, complete with a public park that invites both locals and guests into its vibrant ecosystem.

Rizoma Architetture brings this forward-thinking spirit to life, curating the interior design of the communal areas and capturing the layered soul of the Eternal City—where past and present, sacred and profane, indoor and outdoor seamlessly intertwine. The result is a unique and compelling atmosphere defined by what we call: Blended Harmony.

At first glance, TSH Roma impresses with its sinuous, monumental architecture, embraced by lush greenery. Indoors and outdoors exist in fluid continuity: guests approach the building through the park, gradually transitioning into the open-plan ground floor—a free-flowing space with a Mediterranean aesthetic that’s both refined and inviting. Expansive glass walls and indoor landscaping dissolve the boundaries between inside and out.

On the ground floor, the hotel’s key functions—Lobby, F&B, Meeting & Events, and Community Kitchen—unfold around the central hub of the lobby, creating an immersive and interconnected experience. Framed by arches and portals, the various areas flow effortlessly from one to the next, each with its own distinct style. A warm, earthy color palette and consistent use of materials ensure visual harmony, while textural plaster finishes and handcrafted ceramics pay homage to Roman heritage—without resorting to cliché. The Mediterranean sophistication is tangible, defined by thoughtful contrasts and cohesive storytelling.

Transitions between spaces are smooth and organic, supported by an evocative decorative lighting concept that enhances intimacy and balance.
Following the ground floor path, guests encounter a monumental stair-tribune highlighted by bold red celebratory accents, which leads down to the basement. Here, they’ll find a hybrid meeting space, a fully equipped gym, and a laundry area.

Climbing up to the first floor, visitors enter the coworking area—an innovative workspace designed for creatives and companies, both local and international. The area includes private offices, dedicated desks, and casual lounge corners for informal meetings. A standout feature: a terrace overlooking the park, perfect for working al fresco.

But the real surprise awaits on the seventh floor: the rooftop. A hidden oasis nestled between the urban park and the rooftops of Rome, where guests can lounge poolside or enjoy sunset cocktails, surrounded by greenery and stunning views.

For all this—and so much more—TSH Rome stands as the ultimate hyper-hub of connection: the place to be for locals and travelers, students and professionals, residents and digital nomads.
A truly hybrid space in every sense.
