The concept for the VITA restaurant, inside the IBIS STYLES ROMA AURELIA, starts from this very idea, thinking of a place that will have a life different from what the city of Rome has: it will be at the same time a grocery store, a cafeteria, a bakery, an aperitif bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant for breakfast/lunch or for a private dinner to celebrate a special event.

The brutalist concrete structure of the beams and pillars contrasts with the use of natural materials such as the wood of the floor and monumental tables, as well as the warm color palette reminiscent of that of Roman palaces.

Flexibility, hybrid spaces, and comfortable areas-VITA will be open to everyone, hotel guests, locals, city users. An informal place enriched by the presence of Italian products and flavors, where food and beverages will be the protagonists of the scene, where the works of Roman artist Hitnes, furniture, materials and colors will give a unique identity to the restaurant.
